At Soshadeshats.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Hats Exchange Policy

  • Hats are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • Free from scratches, damage, or defects

    • Returned in original and proper packaging, including the case and accessories

  • Products that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted for exchange.


3. General Return & Exchange Conditions

  • All return or exchange requests must be made within the given time frame (7 days).

  • Delivery and return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

  • Shipping charges will only be covered by Soshadeshats.pk if the product is delivered damaged or faulty.

  • Proof (photos or video) may be required for damaged or faulty item claims.


4. Damaged or Faulty Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.


5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Orders past the exchange window
